Rent the Brewery • Birthdays, Fundraisers, Corporate Events...oh my
We offer our brewery as a unique gathering place for organizations and private events.
Charity organizations, alumni associations, civic groups, and
various clubs have all used our brewery as a site for meetings,
socials, and other special events. The brewery is available Monday through Saturday in the evening (no earlier than 5pm)
and anytime on Sunday. The rental fee will vary, depending on the number of people expected to attend and the day of the week you choose for your event. Our rates general THE BREWERY IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED . We do have several ceiling fans which help during the summer, but by and large the temperature and humidity inside the brewery is identical to the temperature andhumidity outside the brewery. Our liquor license does not allow us (or you) to have other alcoholic beverages brought into the brewery. Beer, when poured at the brewery, is FREE. Individuals who are 21 and over may drink our brews on the house for the duration of the event. We provide our own glasses for the beer. A Saint Arnold, TABC certified employee will act as the bartender for your event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We do have limited seating(for about 120 people) in our tasting area. If you wish to provide seating for more people, it will be necessary to rent tables and chairs from an outside company. We do have some floor space for extra tables, small bands, etc. The brewery does not serve food. We are not a restaurant, and
we do not have a kitchen. However, your group is more than welcome to bring in your own food or to have your event catered. We have seen everything from formal dinners to pizza to chips and salsa. Buffet-style catering
generally works best at the brewery. Sorry, no crawfish at the brewery If you plan on making soft drinks available, you must provide the soft drinks, cups, coolers and ice. We have none of these items on hand. During warmer months, we strongly encourage events to provide bottled water or other non-alcoholic beverages for their guests. We charge a deposit for groups using our facility, which is fully refunded if the brewery is left in good shape. Our rule is "leave the brewery the way you found it." We are under constant scrutiny of the city health department, and take great pride in the cleanliness of our brewery. We ask that you pick up any food debris, paper cups or loose trash at the conclusion of your event (please, no helium balloons, confetti, crawfish or peanuts in shells). It is highly recommended that you provide guests with a map and directions to the brewery. There is a helpful, printable map below. Our brewery is an interesting and unique place to hold your function. It is also an economical choice when you consider that beer is included with rental of the facility. Events have ranged from casual
to formal, from groups of 20 people to 250. If you are considering
an event at the brewery, here is some information that may be
useful to you:
